Initial Visit If you’re interested in our services, give us a call and we’ll arrange an initial visit. Pint Size Property Styling will come out to your property to go through it with you, looking at it carefully to determine your home’s potential. We’ll measure, take photos and draw up a floor plan, and come up with the best styling approach to appeal to your target audience that works within your budget and complements your needs.  Our Proposal Our comprehensive proposal will outline our suggested approach, detailing our inclusions, services and suggested timeline. The pricing will be fully transparent, so there won’t be any unpleasant surprises further down the track.  Design & Styling Once you’ve approved our proposal, we’ll be in touch to go through the nitty gritty about when everything needs to happen. This will hinge around your deadlines for property preparation as well as our availability. Usually, we like to do the installation the day before the photographs are taken for your real estate marketing material, and we generally need one or two weeks’ notice. Once the schedule is set, we leap into action! We’ll get to work straight away to source and allocate beautiful furniture, art and homewares to best display your home’s assets and create an elegant, warm and inviting space that will appeal to the right buyers.  Installation When it’s time to give your home its style makeover, our experienced team will deliver and set up the furniture, homewares and artwork that we have chosen. This is where the magic happens, and your property will be transformed from its day-to-day functional state into the sort of aspirational, desirable home that buyers can fall madly in love with. The installation process can vary a lot depending on what we’re bringing into the house and it can take from a few hours to a full day. Please don’t take it personally if we significantly change the look of your house! There’s a big difference between a house that’s catering every day to its residents’ busy lives and the sort of styled property today’s buyers want to see. Collection Once your property has sold, or when the contract has expired, we’ll arrange a time for our team to come back and collect our items. If needed, we can extend the time period, so just let us know how things are going. We’ll hope to be congratulating you on your great sales result when we see you, and we can happily say that is most often the case!
